COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) RETURNS UPDATE:
We're still business as usual: Just to keep you in the know, we’re running as usual; but have put some extra measures to help protect you and our team! All returned parcels will be placed in quarantine for 5 days before being processed. Once delivered to us, this means that it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. We are closely monitoring the situation and will return to our usual returns processing timeframes when safe to do so. We will continue to bring a little bit of joy and colour to your life (and wardrobe)!
How to return my order?
Although we’re sad to see you returning something to us, we have made our returns process as easy as possible for you, just simply follow the instructions below:
Complete the returns form that came with your order and add our returns address to the outer of the parcel. Our USA based returns address can be found at the bottom of this page.
Drop off your return with your chosen delivery company, please note that the customer is responsible for covering all return postage costs. We recommend sending using a tracked service.
Once received by the Harkel returns team, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

At Harkel, we have created an easy to follow returns policy, so that you have less time worrying about returns and more thinking about your next perfect outfit!

What items cannot be returned for a refund?
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept any cosmetics, hosiery, lingerie or pierced jewellery as returns.
You have 90 days from when you receive your order to return your item to us. We are unable to accept returns that are received after this period.
Return postage costs
The customer is responsible for covering any return postage costs.
Keep it clean
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When your return is back with us
Returns can only be refunded, and we do not offer an exchange service. The refund for your return should be processed within 2 working days of receipt by our returns team however please alow up to 5 working days for busier periods. During sale periods or promotions, refunds may take a little longer, but you will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
The postage that was paid on your original order will only be refunded if the complete order is returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item that you have received is faulty or the incorrect one has been sent, please contact our friendly team directly on [email protected]. We cannot accept the return for a faulty item unless we have been contacted first. Please have your Order ID to hand (on the paperwork that came with your parcel) and our friendly team will ensure that this is resolved for you.
